Remove Watermarks from Videos with AI

PixRemover's video watermark remover cleans a logo, channel bug, timestamp or text overlay out of a video clip. You mark the watermark on a single frame; AI then erases that area across the whole clip and reconstructs what's behind it, frame by frame, keeping the original audio. Use it on videos you have the right to edit.

Remove Different Types of Video Watermarks

Remove Logo Watermarks from Video

Channel bugs, brand logos and corner marks that sit in the same place for the whole clip.

Remove Text from Video

Stamped captions, usernames, URLs and copyright text burned into the footage.

Remove Timestamps and Date Stamps

Camera date overlays and dashcam or security-camera timestamps.

Remove AI Video Watermarks

The small mark AI video generators stamp on their output — paint each spot if it changes corners.

Remove Subtitles and Caption Bars

Burned-in subtitles, caption bars and lower-third text come out the same way as any other overlay: brush across the full height of the bar, a little past both ends, and the area is rebuilt in every frame. If the caption changes position mid-clip, paint each position the same way you would a logo that switches corners.

Remove Semi-Transparent Watermarks

Faint, low-opacity marks are the easiest to miss and the easiest to remove badly. Brush slightly wider than the mark itself so the tool has clean neighboring pixels to rebuild from, then check a frame with a busy background before you download. For plain text and labels rather than video overlays, use remove text from images.

Watermarks Left by Common Apps and AI Video Generators

Most video watermarks people want gone come from a handful of places, and all of them behave the same way once they're on the frame:

  • Short-form platform overlays — the username and app mark added when a clip is saved or reposted.
  • Editing app exports — the watermark a mobile editor stamps on videos made with its free tier.
  • AI video generators — the small corner mark on generated clips; if it alternates between corners, paint both.
  • Screen recordings — recorder logos and clock overlays baked into a capture.
  • Camera and dashcam stamps — date, time and speed readouts.

Whatever the source, the rule is the same: the mark has to stay in one place, or a few fixed places, for the length of the clip. And only remove watermarks from clips you own or have permission to edit — clearing someone else's mark so you can repost their work isn't what this tool is for.

Why Use PixRemover's AI Video Watermark Remover?

Every Frame, One Selection

Mark the watermark once — no frame-by-frame masking or keyframing.

Background Rebuilt, Not Blurred

The covered area is reconstructed to match the scene and stay consistent as it moves, instead of a blur box.

Original Audio and Resolution

Sound is kept, and clips up to 1080p come back at the same size.

Nothing to Install

Runs in your browser on desktop or phone. Files are deleted an hour after processing.

Why Video Watermarks Are Harder to Remove Than Photo Ones

A photo is one frame. A video is hundreds or thousands of them, and the background behind the watermark keeps moving — a shirt folds, a shoreline shifts, the light changes. A patch that looks clean on frame 40 will flicker against frame 41.

That's why cropping, blurring and box-covering look worse on video than on a still: the eye catches the inconsistency immediately. A useful video watermark remover has to rebuild the covered area frame by frame, keep the result consistent from one frame to the next, and re-encode the clip without dropping the audio. That's the job this tool does — and the reason it works reliably only when the watermark stays put. Cleaning a single still is a different job: the photo watermark remover handles that side.

AI Video Watermark Remover for Different Clips

Your Own Footage

Clean an old logo or an editing app's watermark off clips you recorded.

Clips for Reposting

Remove an overlay from your own short-form clips before posting them on another platform.

AI-Generated Videos

Clear the generator's watermark from clips you created and are allowed to use.

Camera and Dashcam Stamps

Get rid of a date or speed overlay that distracts from the footage.

What to Expect

PixRemover cleans one fixed area across the whole clip, so it works best on watermarks that stay put. A watermark that slides across the screen, or covers most of the frame, is outside what it handles today. Clips longer than 5 seconds are processed in segments and joined back together; on busy scenes a slight change can show where segments meet.

Other Ways People Try to Remove Video Watermarks

Before reaching for a tool, most people try one of these first:

  • Crop it out. Works until the watermark sits near the middle — and a vertical crop usually loses more of the frame than the mark is worth.
  • Zoom or push in. Shrinks the mark, but softens the whole clip and changes the framing you shot.
  • Blur or a mosaic box. Hides the logo and leaves an obvious grey patch that slides with the subject — often more noticeable than the watermark was.
  • Track and mask it in an editor. Keyframe a mask over the mark and inpaint it by hand. It can work, but a 30-second clip can take an hour and the seams still show.
  • Re-shoot or re-export. Only an option if you still have the original.

Painting the watermark once and letting the tool rebuild every frame sits between the last two: far less work than keyframing by hand, and cleaner than a blur box.

What the Free 10 Seconds Actually Covers

Signing in gives you 10 free seconds of processing, once per account — enough to run one short clip end to end and judge the result on your own footage instead of a demo. A clip of 10 seconds or less is free in full. On a longer clip you can use the free seconds to preview the opening, or process the whole thing and pay only for the seconds past the first 10, at 3 credits per second. Failed runs aren't charged, and no watermark of ours is added to the output.
