Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PixRemover ("PixRemover", "we", "us") covering your use of the PixRemover website and AI photo-editing tools (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

PixRemover lets you remove unwanted objects, people, text and watermarks from photos using AI. Results are generated automatically and vary from photo to photo; we don't guarantee that any particular result will be accurate, complete or free of artifacts. You can try a different AI model with "Try another result".

We may change, add or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the Service, at any time. If we discontinue a paid feature, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

2. Who can use PixRemover

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA and UK) to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to make a purchase. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.

3. Your account

Some features require an account. Keep your sign-in details secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@pixremover.com if you believe your account has been compromised. One person may not create multiple accounts to get more free usage.

4. Your photos and your rights

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the results you create. You give PixRemover a limited, temporary permission to process them only to provide the Service to you. We don't store your photos — see our Privacy Policy.

You must have the right to edit every photo you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it, or have permission from its owner, to modify it in the way you request.

Watermarks. Use the watermark and text removal tools only on images you have the right to edit — for example your own photos, or images you've licensed on terms that allow modification. Do not use the Service to remove watermarks, logos, copyright notices, credits or other ownership information from images you don't have the right to edit. Doing so may infringe copyright and may break laws that protect copyright-management information (such as 17 U.S.C. § 1202 in the United States).

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the results.

5. Acceptable use

No adult or NSFW content. PixRemover is not for adult content. You may not upload, edit, process or create any sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, erotic or otherwise NSFW ("not safe for work") image with the Service — of anyone, of any age, and whether or not the people shown consent. We may block such content and suspend or terminate accounts that break this rule, and we report content involving minors to the relevant authorities.

You also agree not to use the Service to:

• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
• alter photos to deceive — for example to forge documents, IDs, receipts or evidence, to commit fraud, or to misrepresent real people or events in a way that harms them;
• harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone;
• break any applicable law;
• get around usage limits — for example with multiple accounts, automated requests, or rotating IP addresses;
• access the Service through bots, scrapers or other automated means, or resell or redistribute it, without our written permission;
• probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

We may block content, limit usage, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

6. Free usage and credits

• Free usage. We offer a limited number of free removals per day. The limits are shown in the product and may change at any time.
• Credits. Paid plans and packs give you credits. Each processing attempt, including "Try another result", uses the number of credits shown on our pricing page. If a processing attempt fails, its credits are returned automatically.
• Expiry. Whether credits expire depends on how you got them, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase (for example, subscription credits may reset at the end of each billing period).
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are only usable on PixRemover.

7. Payments and subscriptions

• Prices are shown on our pricing page and may exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where required. Payments are processed by our payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We'll tell you in advance, and the change applies from your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. PixRemover's property

The Service — including its software, design, text and branding — belongs to PixRemover and its licensors. These Terms don't give you any right to use our name, logo or trademarks.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe the Service is being used to infringe your copyright, see our Copyright Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if we're required to by law, or to protect the Service or other users. If we terminate your account without cause, we'll refund any unused prepaid credits. Sections 4, 8 and 11–14 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixRemover disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that results will meet your needs. Keep your own copies of your original photos.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixRemover will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so parts of sections 11 and 12 may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived by contract.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify PixRemover against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from photos you upload, your use of the results, or your breach of these Terms.

14. General

• Changes. We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Copyright Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PixRemover about the Service.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver. Not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of our right to do so later.
